TERMS

Shipping Policy – UpPride

1. Delivery area

Orders are shipped from Belgium via Bpost.
Currently, delivery is possible to:

  • Belgium 🇧🇪

  • Neighboring countries of the European Union (France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, etc.)

2. Delivery times

Order processing generally takes 1 to 3 business days after payment validation.

Delivery times via Bpost are on average:

  • 1 to 2 working days in Belgium

  • 2 to 5 working days for Europe (depending on the country)

Note: these delivery times are indicative and may vary (public holidays, Bpost volume, etc.)

3. Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the time of ordering.
They depend on the weight, format and destination country.

Free delivery may be offered occasionally during special promotions.

4. Order tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a Bpost tracking number to track your package online.

5. Delivery problems

In the event of abnormal delay, lost or damaged package:

Return Policy – UpPride

At UpPride, you have the right to change your mind. Here's how returns work.

1. Legal withdrawal period

In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product, without having to provide a reason.

2. Return conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging

  • It must not be customized or made to order

  • It must be returned within 14 days of the return request

3. Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Unless the product is defective or the error is ours

4. Procedure

    • The order number

    • The product(s) to be returned

  2. You will receive the return address (in Belgium)

  3. Upon receipt and verification of the package, the refund is made within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-refundable products

Personalized products, digital files or promotional items are non-refundable, except in the event of a proven defect.

Orders are sent by Bpost from Belgium.
Delivery times vary between 1 and 5 working days depending on the destination.

7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Belgian legislation, the customer has 14 days after receipt to return a product without justification.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.
